CLIENT SPECIFICS

Rosa is located at 15km from the Girassol FPSO. It was the very first oil field of this size in deep waters to be linked to a FPSO.

Purpose: to enable Duse, who operates the Girassol field at 150Km off the Angolan coast, to pump crude oil from a second underwater field (Rosa) from the same floating unit.

SCOPE OF SERVICES

Scope:

• Fabrication, installation and integration of 6 modules on the FPSO.
• The new facilities were made up of 6 modules weighing a total of 6,000 t, 4 of which were built in UAE at Fos-sur-Mer, the other two were built in Angola.
